Updated VectorLam™ Software now Available on Website

Aug 25, 2009 - (Phenix City, AL) Vectorply Corporation announced today that the current version of its popular VectorLam™ software has been updated to include new materials and analysis tools. Vectorply glass, carbon, and aramid reinforcements have been updated to the current standard product listing, and the core material database has been updated to reflect recent product line changes and new products. There are also additions to the database specific to infusion including new materials and updated properties for existing materials.
The updated software also contains a new “Stiffener” page, which will allow users to better determine deflections, bending moments, safety factors, and other properties for beams or hull stringers according to theory based on Det Norske Veritas (DNV) High Speed Craft rules. The updated version is currently available for download from the Vectorply website.
