Laminate Analysis Software VectorLam Gets An Upgrade

Exciting updates are here for our free laminate software, VectorLam! The homepage now features a more modern look, and we’ve enhanced the registration process to be even more user-friendly. Customers can easily access the global database and its associated properties.

Composite Engineering Manager Thomas Williams shares insight into these improvements:
“One of our main goals this year was to add features that give users more access to the program. By viewing the global databases, users can now see the exact ply breakdown of each fabric and the mechanical properties of cores and resins. The new My Cores and My Resins databases offer even more control, allowing custom resin properties in laminates and custom core properties in the Tools & Analysis section. We’ve also streamlined the process for Vectorply to share custom materials with users.”

Additionally, core and resin properties are now readily viewable. While the project side of VectorLam remains unchanged, the updates focus on enhancing the user experience and modernizing the code base to ensure long-term reliability. These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to keeping VectorLam at the forefront of laminate analysis, both for our internal teams and our customers. Explore the latest updates now!
