Our History

Vectorply started operations in 1992 as Tech Textiles USA, a 50/50 joint venture between a North American textile company and British company Tech Textiles Ltd. The British company’s interest was purchased in 1995 forming Johnston Industries Composite Reinforcements Inc.

In 2002 the current management group along with an Atlanta-based private equity firm purchased the company and changed its name to Vectorply Corporation.
